Goshen is a jewel of a neighborhood in south Augusta, Georgia. Considered to be one of the best neighborhoods in South Augusta, residents say Goshen offers many benefits. We have a strong and active association, and it’s a good community because we look out for each other.
The Goshen Residents Association (GRA) holds many events, including a Christmas gathering and golf cart parade, Easter festivities, fall festival, fall and spring yard sale and delivers welcome baskets to new residents and more.
Along with organizing community events, the GRA deals with safety and rezoning issues, and it helps keep the community clean and organized.
The association also has the KGB, which means Keep Goshen Beautiful. We have residents who clean up trash along Goshen Road and neighborhood side streets.
This site is to help inform the residents of activities as well as to keep in touch to build and foster good community relationships.
The Goshen Resident Association (GRA) is not a mandatory HOA, it is a residents association. The Annual Dues are $50. We encourage the residents to become involved to help us foster a safe and thriving space to allow us to enjoy our community and look to it as a place of joy and safety.
