Just a quick reminder about the 2026 GRA Annual Dues! They’re only $50 a year, and now’s the perfect time to pay. Your contributions really help make our community events special. Thanks to all of you, we’ve successfully hosted awesome activities like the Christmas tree lighting, fall festival, and the Easter Bunny gathering. This year, we’re super excited to have bought all-new Christmas decorations for our entrances and spruce up the Santa truck!
We’re also planning to refresh our landscaping in 2025, focusing on the entrances and common areas. We’ll be getting a new flagpole and bench at the flag area, along with some landscaping to make it look great. Your support means we can provide welcome gifts, yard signs, and even meals for our meetings. Plus, renovations for the Goshen Road entrance sign. And don’t worry, we’ll keep our website running smoothly and manage important stuff like entrance lighting and insurance. All these efforts keep our neighborhood lively and vibrant!
